Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times usually take 5–12 business days within Pakistan depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number may be provided via email or SMS. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details, customs clearance, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are also not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by natural disasters or unexpected events including floods, earthquakes, storms, fires, pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government actions.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
